SOUTH AFRICAN TECH INNOVATION HOLDERS AND ENTREPRENEURS TO CONVERGE AT THE ANNUAL GAUTENG INNOVATION SHOWCASE
15 January 2025 Pretoria, South Africa – The Innovation Hub is proud to announce the inaugural Gauteng Innovation Showcase, set to take place on Wednesday, 18 March 2025 at The Innovation Hub headquarters in Lynnwood, Tshwane. This ground-breaking event, which serves as a platform for the country’s tech companies, innovation holders, and entrepreneurs, will bring together technological innovation holders in the national systems of innovation, entrepreneurs, and technology enthusiasts to showcase innovations intended to improve service delivery challenges, learn, collaborate, and network within South Africa's dynamic innovation landscape.
The first-of-its-kind in Gauteng, The Gauteng Innovation Showcase will serve as an arena for advancing the technology and innovation spectrum; positively transforming various sectors including multinational technology companies, government departments, research institutions, academia, and start-ups; whilst affording participants an opportunity to showcase their innovations, share insights, and collaborate with fellow innovators and investors, deal-breaking to advance their innovations.

This event aims to unite thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and academia to explore the latest trends in innovation from both global and local perspectives. The day will feature an exhibition area showcasing cutting-edge technologies, interactive activities such as gaming, as well as networking opportunities through our Pitching Den and Matchmaking Services. Attendees will engage in thought-provoking debates and discussions designed to inspire and educate.
